Among the most technically demanding systems in our portfolio. Electric compressor assembly stacks micron-level tolerances on top of thermal, magnetic, pneumatic and electrical processes — stator shrink-fitting into the housing, servo press-fitting with real-time force/displacement curve monitoring, rotor magnetization with flux verification, helium leak testing, insulation and hi-pot validation, and end-of-line start-up testing. Every parameter is written back against the unit's serial number.
