Before we quote · 合规前置: every cart is screened against U.S. export-control rules — EAR classification and denied-party lists. Items that need a license we decline and tell you which line it was. That screening is why the end-use question is mandatory. 每张购物车先经出口管制筛查；需许可证的物项将被剔除并告知。
Prices are confirmed by formal quotation — U.S. distribution pricing moves with quantity and stock. Payment by wire against the quote; landed (DDP) or FOB U.S., your choice.
