Engineering design
Project kickoff, scheme design, mechanical and electrical engineering, design release and software development — with milestone reviews before fabrication starts.
Production & assembly
Built and debugged at the manufacturing partner's workshop, with technical documentation and factory acceptance testing before shipment — we coordinate your witness visit or live video FAT.
Installation & acceptance
On-site installation, system commissioning, ramp-up accompaniment, product acceptance, operator training and production support.
After-sales service
Quality assurance, spare parts and continuous improvement — support from the engineers who designed your system.

- One U.S. contracting entity, invoiced and paid domestically, disputes under U.S. jurisdiction. You never hold a cross-border supplier relationship.
- Acceptance evidence
- Nothing ships until it is shown to work: factory acceptance testing for systems, a dimensional inspection report for instruments and precision parts.
- Getting it there
- Freight, customs clearance and duties, site scheduling, and the interface with your plant.
- Installation
- On-site installation, commissioning, ramp-up and operator training, where the scope includes them.
- Documentation
- Drawings, operating and maintenance documentation, and the data recorded during build and acceptance.
- After delivery
- Warranty, spare parts, remote diagnostics and support requests — through us, tracked to closure.

Questions we hear before every first meeting
Do you manufacture the equipment yourselves?
No. We are the seller and the contracting party; the engineering and manufacturing are done by partners we select, qualify and manage, matched to what you are buying. Automation systems are built by Linking Automation, for whom we hold exclusive North America distribution. Precision instruments and ultra-precision components are built by a separate partner.
Whoever performs the work, what is written in your purchase order is our obligation. Realis Technology handles requirement scoping, quotation, project coordination, installation management and after-sales service; the engineers who design your system join every technical call.
Who do I sign the contract with, and who do I pay?
Realis Technology — a U.S. company, on a U.S. contract, invoiced and paid domestically. You do not carry a cross-border supplier relationship, and disputes are settled under U.S. jurisdiction.
Can you help if my process isn't fully defined yet?
Yes — we prefer to engage early. A scoping phase documents your current process, defines the right automation approach and identifies risks before design work begins. Many customers bring us in during R&D, before requirements are locked.
What is the typical timeline from contract to production?
Timelines vary with complexity — a few months for a single cell, longer for multi-station lines. We give you a firm schedule once the scope is defined, with milestone reviews at design freeze, factory acceptance and site acceptance.
Can I see the machine before it ships?
Yes. Factory acceptance testing takes place at the manufacturing partner's workshop, and we arrange your visit — or a live video FAT with real-time Q&A if you can't travel. Nothing ships until you sign off.
What happens after installation?
Warranty coverage, spare parts, remote diagnostics and support requests all run through Realis Technology, with the engineering team that built it behind us. Operator training and full documentation are handed over at site acceptance.
Do your systems meet US safety and compliance standards?
Safety and compliance requirements are scoped per project and region — including risk assessment, documentation and machine technical files. We agree the applicable standards in writing before design begins.
